I've been working in HR operations for the past 3 years. Total work experience being 3.10 years. My current CTC is 6 LPA. I'm looking to change companies and want to get into a decent MNC. Will I be able to get a 70-80% hike taking into consideration my experience matches the profile?
Any advice on which profiles and companies to apply for? And any advice on how to grab a job at Amazon for the same would be perfect.

I have received my first offer letter which they wanted me to accept by e- signing it and after i did that theh have sent out form 11 and other documents to be filled in 2 days.
I have never filled form 11 and other personal details untill 1 week before my joining date.

My joining date would be after my notice period which is usually 2 months.
Should I share the person details and form 11 they asked for now itself?
Will it be a problem if i don't wish to join the company later

HRs can not help thier own colleagues in the domain, why will employees look at them ? Because of these spoiled HRs the entire HR fraternity is blamed. 2. I was thinking it is not genuine as they did not had clarity for which they were interviewing me. However in both round people who interviewed had email id with domain of Capgemini.

I told her have 13 lpa pipeline already and wish 14 lpa.
She said "I have not seen the world. Only 20 percent ppl go beyond money, rest look for WLB, job security, learning."
Okay, so my thoughts are from where she got that stats - 20 percent really ?
I beleive HRs are also subset of that 20 percent, bdw I don't mind saying am a elite subset of the 20 percent looking for better salaries. What's wrong in asking ?
