If there are only two cycles in the year, why are they within three months of each other? Makes no sense. Does it also mean that performance in May and June would not be considered for the appraisal? It's another thing that LEAD Inbox says end date is Jun 30.

In other news, Lead site home page still shows Cycle 3 date which is not applicable anymore. Not a surprise given how outdated and pathetic policies, tools and processes at GDS are!

For me, I set 20-30 pg min/night and listen to a different audiobook to/from work. The audiobook thing is new as I've never read >1 at once. Considering 1 chapter/night w/ 3 different books (3 ch/night)... I just want to read them all though not sure - may muddle if one > others.

Two days later I got an email saying Microsoft is freezing hiring for certain departments and the recruiter is ghosting me. Will I even get a chance to interview atleast?

I have completed "My Purpose" learning badge and to convert it to bronze I have submitted attested evidence as required but without screenshot of deliverables as I implemented learning into my life. It got rejected from BAT team for missing screenshots.
