I received an offer for the Associate Business Analyst role and resigned a month ago based on the confirmed DOJ. My joining date was revised multiple times (Feb 5 → Feb 16 → Feb 23) and later postponed again due to ongoing background verification, without a new date or clear timeline. As the sole earning member of my family, this has caused financial uncertainty. Clear communication would greatly improve the candidate experience.
