Resigned from Deloitte and if i add any documents and try to share to my gmail id (i am trying to share my last 3 months salary slip), everything is getting blocked, i cant even download from onedrive too in my personal laptop.. what shall i do? what a shitty move!

I’m waiting on an offer for what’s named IT Business Analyst but it’s also Salesforce Administrator work. The company is The Adecco group so they are fairly big. I have two years of Salesforce admin experience and in my interview they said my experience is perfect to what they are looking for

So my questions is, I think they are going to offer around 80k but I don’t think their going to be guaranteed bonuses with the offer. Should I negotiate a bonus to the salary or negotiate a higher salary?
