In most cases, no. It was a shock for me coming from the UK.
If you have access to a platform like Orbis, you can check just in case.
You can also Google company name + revenue, maybe you’ll get lucky and the company website or a press release will mention something.
Otherwise, you can use proxies for scale (e.g. number of employees on LinkedIn, Glassdoor size ranges, website traffic on SEMrush etc.)

Oftentimes, I’m afraid so.

DnB may have some info, if you have access to it

I do, but it’s only estimated and says nothing about development over time or profitability

We hired an employee to be an assistant and she wasn’t performing or showing up half the time. My boss told me he had enough complaints about her work ethics and responsiveness and let’s move forward with looking for her replacement. I started interviewing people and a new HR person told us she would manage her & we were not to fire her. I am now getting comments from my hr lady that I am negative because I complained to a coworker I had to work overtime to keep filling in for her.

Any thoughts on the best certifications to get in order to help move forward? I have considered the CCP from World at Work, but it’s fairly pricey to get by the time you wrap up everything. I was looking at both SHRM-CP and SPHR. Everyone that I have spoken to has the SHRM, but that’s also only looking at individuals in a small geographic footprint and within 3-4 different companies. I was hoping to get some thoughts on this from others? Thanks
