Salary inquiry

Today, I received my salary , my joining date was 5th January 2026. Is the salary credited from 5th to 25th or for the entire month?

On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the most, how pissed would you be if you were a supervisor and you had a new direct report on your team with a higher salary than you? The years of experience are the same, but you have 3 designations (they have 0), you have 3 licenses (they have just 2), they have little to no experience with technical complex claims (you have hundreds), and you have 3 years in management (they have 0).

Any agency layoffs yet? (I obviously hope not. Just trying to get a sense of where agencies are sitting.)

As a self-pay lady, it’s really annoying to end a stim cycle with boxes on boxes of leftover medication. They could have estimated more closely and included refills or something.

In big law going on 6 years and I’ve always met my hours, but lately, cannot get enough work to keep busy. It’s been slow for some time, but I didn’t notice because I was working on matters in other offices. Is it time to move on? Are people really going to be laid off for not hitting hrs?

Other allowances from ctc is not included in compensation plan. How will it be paid then? Directly at the end of the year?

How is the Thoughtworks working model?
1. Full time Work From Office.
2. Hybrid (how many days work from office are needed in a week or month?)
3. Completely Flexible (employees can work remotely as much as they want)

How difficult is it to switch projects internally in TW? Is there any said amount of time you should be in a project before you can switch?

Folks, one doubt..... I was hired as a senior consultant in dec 2021. I did not nominated for grade change till now. Will they automatically consider me for grade change or do I have to expicitely talk about it with PC ? Also if grade is changed, how is the impact on salary considering the parity check ? Hi All, what is the package one can expect for a senior business analyst (senior consultant) role in TW. YOE -12 (relevant YOE 9)

I recently joined TW some months back and I dont know why I think have made a wrong choice for myself. I am feeling like I am lost. I am not able to fit in in this high expectations environment. I am used to working in a place where we always worked by taking help from others and here it is sort of assumed that we would be knowing everything right from day 1. Also there is no pairing in my project. Any suggestions on what should be done would be welcome.
