Hi all, I just received an offer for a consulting firm for SC position (4 YOE). I have a call with head of HR Monday and a few calls with MDs Tuesday/Wednesday. What are some questions to ask to each? I plan to accept but what are some things I should keep in mind before accepting? Thanks!

Hi I had someone recently tell me I should have my education and certifications above my experience on my resume. I found this weird as I thought since I had 5 years of work experience that would go first. They said since I graduated college in 2020 and was actively in a certificate program those should go above my current experience. Thoughts?
