Seeing a weird trend at LTM lately. Since Feb 17, my compliance is showing as "Non-Compliant" even though I spend 6+ hours in the building. It looks like the system stopped counting General Floor/Cafeteria swipes and ONLY counts ODC-in/out now.
Is this a silent policy change to force us into the ODC? Received the non-compliance mail on the 28th for dates where the regularization window is already closed.

$325k TC at MBB in a non-generalist (still partner track) path. Love the intellectual variety, smart colleagues, flexibility (WFH has let me take occasional 2-3h windows during the day for personal activities) - can’t take the stress anymore. I attended a client interview last week and was selected for the same. Now they are asking to join within a day or two. I'm having my mom's surgery this week. How to safely refuse to join this client project for at least 10 days. I can't take leave for 10 days.
