When I make my lesson plans, I build in my differentiation strategies. That way, I can meet the learning styles and levels of my students
All the time. Sometimes from hour to hour. I tweak constantly. I think that if you really care about the kids and yourself, it’s just a constant.
I change mine every year. I may supplement with old stuff, though.
I definitely like the idea of using old stuff to supplement. I finally took out one of my favorite articles and worksheets were from 2015. 😁
Well I think teaching 1st grade is different because we don't change much EVER! So lesson plans get perfected from year to year with tweaks along the way. For the most part though we are just plug and play after 10 years with the same curriculum and mostly the same literature.
