After the final rounds, I received a call from the HR team confirming my selection. I’ve submitted all the required documents via email as requested. I also signed four documents (BGV, Co***,r***M form etc).

How long does it usually take for the formal Offer Letter to be released after document submission.

Will they send offer letter or not? Kindly help me out guyss!!

I went through the entire recruitment process and got selected for IBM ISL. Now I am being told by the HR that they are unable to release offer as there is a hiring freeze.

Can any one please tell me if its correct or just an excuse not to give me offer. If its true, when will this freeze be removed?

Is there any limitation or chances of facing issues on Not having laptop with me(for other exit clearances).

I interviewed with capgemini for SAP ABAP role and my YOE is 4 years. Just 2 hours after my interview, I got a call from someone at Capgemini saying that I am selected.
They just asked my notice period and current location.I asked them, what is the next round going to be and they said that it is going to be salary discussion. But till now, no one has reached out to me.
Does it mean they got another candidate for same job?
If they get back to me, how much should I ask?
