Hi fishers! I have offer and signed contract with Deloitte UK and my start day is in the beginning of April. I need skilled worker visa, and we haven’t applied yet for that. Screening and onboarding is in progress. Immigration team doesn’t reply since reached me out 1st time. How much time does it usually needed to go through the whole process? How many days take for visa to be approved since application?Deloitte

No. If they can find someone who does that (at a normal salary) they should find that person. They are trying to squeeze as much work out of us as possible without paying more.
Anyone who can pitch and plan a project in 3 hours would definitely ask for more money than a normal senior producer.
Is this a new job? I would push back against this. Especially citing that you need to cross check with different departments as your guesses are based on past similar projects but that does not mean it will be very accurate.
The only thing you CAN do in 3 hours is give a broad timeline (buffer that up so much) and a ballpark for costs with as many caveats as possible. Make a list of caveats and use it for all. It’ll be very vague but if that works for the company then fine.
tell them you need all creative client approved in 1 hour from briefing if you have 3 hours. they dont get to tell you how to do your job.
Is this a time tracking thing and they want you to track the rest of your time to agency new business time? That happens regularly in small shops.
Or do they literally want you to stop working mid-pitch?
Yeah, sounds like time tracking. Bill to agency time and do the work that the creative requires. They only have X amount of hours for you to bill the client. You get paid regardless of what you do, but they can only show the client X.
