Thoughts on recording meetings. In Texas and have ADHD. I’ve been recording internal meetings for the past couple of weeks and my work product has improved exponentially. I’m able to go back and listen to the directions over again. In law school I had a note that gave me permission to do this. Is this taboo in a firm?

Does your firm let you take 28-30 December off? Many of my team members won’t be working those days and I decided last minute that I’d like to travel somewhere between Christmas and the New Year.

Hey folks, A person who is more experienced than our team members showing unnecessary interest in some work related to project and torturing us who is 2/3 yrs less experienced than that person. He acts as if he is superior and nobody will actually care. I thought of reporting the concern to my delivery lead or manager of the account, but stepped back thinking of later happenings. The project is good but this person is making team sick and actually making it a toxic environment. Any suggestions?

So I dated a girl last year then things didn’t work out but we remained friends and kept in touch throughout the year (also meet up for coffee, beach day, etc) but nothing ever happened after we called it off. Now she moved to the city where I live and her parents came visiting her. She wanted them to meet me. She was really happy and she wanted to go out for lunch all together again. (Continue below)

Anyone have recommendations on how to switch to a client side role in a different city/part of the country? I'm still fairly junior with a few years under my belt but I've always targeted this specific company as my "dream company" and feel now is the time to try to make a move before a) being called back to the office and b) while the job market is hot. It would be a big move geographically but I'm worried me being far away will knock me out of the running despite qualifications. Any advice?
