Hi there! I am a May ‘22 grad with a BA in Business Management. I’ve applied to about 20 jobs now and was wondering about how long I should expect to wait before hearing anything back? One of the positions said that my resume should be reviewed within two weeks of submission, but that was over two weeks ago and I can see that my application has not been viewed. I am a part of wipro DOP (MDPS) as a senior associate since october 2020 and joined as a fresher back then. I am now being pushed to take up as a TL because of my performance and contribution to the project management. However i feel with just 2 years of experience if i take the position i might have to stay much longer in the company than i intend to as a minimum requirement for position of TL elsewhere is 4 years of experience as associate. Also what is the salary slab one should get as a TL?

So finally after so many applications and interviews and rejections I landed a job finally. They negotiated with me well 100k salary decent benefits. I’ll be the first HR for the US for them, they are a China-based company so this will be an interesting challenge for me. I’m gonna take it three months at a time. I had 60 day late payment of 35 bucks in Jan. It was new Amex Hilton card I opened for stupid points. It was reported and my credit score had been consistently dropping from last 6 months. I am about to receive an offer from EY GDS for a role of a Business Analyst_Banking finance (Principal Consultant) with a CTC of 27 LPA (inclusive of 10% variable).

I am having 10.5 YOE. Is this grade relevant which they have offered, taking my YoE into account? How much i can negotiate upto in CTC front? I mean the highest slab of Principal consultant?

It is really sorry to see the game EY India is playing with so many employees.
They purposefully delaying letters so that employees cannot apply for new jobs with old salary and to make sure due to slowdown very few jobs they can apply to. I have been EY employee for 7 years now in Tax & this is the worst management according to me. Happy that my lwd is only 1 month away...received 78% hike when i resigned as senior consultant 2...EY offered counter of only 45%.... 🙂
