How is it like working with EY HUL client as a senior consultant?

Hello All, I’m a project manager but seeking to pivot into UX Research. I do have some experience but don’t have a portfolio yet. Can anyone advise if I should focus on going through a bootcamp or focus on getting a Masters in HCI? Or just building a portfolio with the experience I do have? There are very few entry-level roles and many places are only hiring “Sr UXR” with 3-5+ years of experience! Any tips on how to break into this field and/or stand out as a junior applicant?? Thanks!

P&C focused people: What do you do to find success cross-selling life policies? I mostly sell P&C off internet leads. Most are not the ideal client for my company but I take care of them like I would anyone else. I do okay but not great with life after having the client for six months once I move them into a preferred policy. That move saves them enough to make life doable coupled with established trust. I’ve been told just to quote the auto and life together initially but it feels “off” to me.

Which Big 4 is “best” for digital consulting for asset & wealth management clients?

1 year experienced BOA here, expectations were huge before joining ZS and the situation is completely reverse out here other than left and anti joins couldn't see any potential consulting work done by me during this tenure. Had a very serious query. In my current organization I was not under taxable bracket by any means so I didn't submit any investment declarations or anything. But I'll start a new job in 2 weeks where I'll be under taxable bracket.
