Deciding between current firm and other offer—same salary, offer has slightly worse benefits. Current wlb can’t be beat (25-30hr work weeks) but bored and capped out career growth here. I’m a recent grad & began my first career as a marketing coordinator. It’s been quite frustrating to say the least. How many years does it take usually from starting as M1 to be a Senior Manager in EY GDS? Also do people get to travel onsite in the Tech Consulting division? I have been hearing from most of the non EY guys that GDS is all about sitting in the back office and attending to EY onshore's requirements. No direct client interaction. Is it so?
