Any idea on how is the Job market for Power Platform (power bi + power apps) technologies in Canada??

My company is trying to retain me by saying they will file for Canada visa. Is it a trap like assuring h1b for usa ?

How long it takes for Canada Visa ? And what are the chances for getting work visa for Canada?
