Presently working with a Big4 firm.
Yoe : 5 years (before MBA)
Qualification : BE, MBA (tier 1)

Anyone who work in municipal finance law practice have any thoughts on the practice and WLB in that field? Considering a practice switch because corporate/PE work is not only exhausting but I’m not feeling inspired anymore by what my work achieves in the world. As a liberal the idea of helping municipalities fund public projects seems intriguing—yes, proud blue state taxpayer here ideologically.

I’m currently in sales and got an offer from BCG. Now that I accepted, I feel like grass is greener on the sales side - but I also feel like I HAVE to at least try consulting before I decide it’s not for me. Thoughts?

What do you see as most attractive exit ops in Europe? In the US, everything is about Tech/FAANG, but it seems way less attractive in Europe (less strategic roles, comp. seems much lower than in the US, very centralized around London/Dublin).

PWC offered 23+2JB+2(assuming bonus at 10%) for 5yoe. And I'm getting 27-28 from other service based companies. However I'm confused if I should go higher fixed ctc or brand name, ie PWC. Thoughts?

Hi Team, I got interviewed in LTI and I got confirmation mail from HR that I am selected for discussed role and they want my documents to go ahead for offer letter. 2 weeks they didn't respond me and stopped taking my calls and now HR said position is on hold after and under review, I am serving my notice period in current company since I resigned after offer and didn't give any interview in between because offer and HR was really promising.
