Hi fishes, I am currently highly underpaid and already received an offer of 15 lpa but was looking for 20+ from Capgemini life sciences consulting. But they are saying they cannot give 100% hike as current market standards are 30%. Is it possible to get around my expectations 20-25 lpa as I have overall 7.5 yoe in pharma consulting. Fast forward to last week, the talent POC calls me up and informs that she has asked the business if the position is still open, because now they just need the business approval to roll out the offer. I immediately felt demotivated as to ‘why now’ after all rounds have been cleared (continued in the comment below)

Salam. 23M here - all my life I’ve had my back on our faith - never really prayed but had imaan (I guess). After bouts of depression from girl problems (🙄), issues within immediate family, being disappointed expectations I had for myself, etc. I’ve been working on bettering my situation over the years. Faith is the only area where I think I need more guidance. Having trouble relating to friends or family about this. Anyone else been thru something similar? How have you connected back to Islam?
