I am seeing a guy and having a hard time thinking about him in terms of long term relationship. One thing that bothers me is that he never showers after he comes back from the gym and I told him that I find it nasty. We currently live separately so I don't have to see him after he works out which is a good thing but I can easily see this being a problem in the future. Any tips? And NO I don't want to go to therapy lol

Upon passing, the partner told me they would hire an assistant for me since I now became an associate. i studied business law with a focus on international corporate law and have been working in bankruptcy law for two years now. During my studies I worked in the entertainment industry for five years as an organizer for various festivals in the country and realized that i simply enjoy this industry the most. Meaning I would now like to change as a career changer.... Does anyone have any tips for me on how to apply? So far I've only received rejections and I'm slowly losing motivation 🥲

Currently work in-house for a luxury house of fashion brands in NYC and want to make a move to a law firm focused on media, entertainment, technology. I currently handle commercial transactions in the marketing/advertising space (e.g., production, talent, licensing agreements). What firms would you recommend that I target? I am open to all sizes so long as the firm is highly rated and reputable.

I need to know if I’ve pigeon-holed myself. I have an undergrad in music business, and got a lot of good experience then. Worked in live events for 4 years before returning to law school, intending to practice in entertainment law (specifically music). I’m taking the NY bar in February and FL bar in July. Any advice on getting into a contracts drafting role or in-house for a record label in either of these states? My experience is limited to only taking entertainment law and a contracts drafting course in law school (limited availability of entertainment related courses at my school)
