PwC India - Manager position. SAP. Any comments?
Hi All,
I just got a call from KLA Company's HR that I have cleared final round and there is a HR round today evening for salary discussions.
The role is for Frontend Developer(Angular).
I have 3.1 years of experience.
CCTC - 13.2 LPA (all fixed)
Holding offer of 17.5 from service company in Pune.
Does anybody have any reviews for this company for the s/w department?
How much should I ask?
What are the other ways I can negotiate? Like do they provide RSUs?

There's just so much to lose and very little to gain by voicing your honest opinions at work. A lot of places I have worked, my boss would take it as a personal attack when I gave constructive criticism or they would just do nothing with what I told them. No surprises that I left.
I fell for it. Once. Eventually I was managed out to a different team. Thank God.
If a website can ban hate speech a workplace can ban your honest opinion if it does not align with their opinion
If there's an anonymous "suggestion box," I would change my handwriting and submit a helpful hint or complaint. If I have an ability to make a change, I would bounce it off a manager first. If it is a situation that depends on higher-ups to agree with me and implement the changes, then no. I may see the need for changes, but I do not trust others to do what I do not have the authority to do myself. Like my belly-button, I keep my personal opinions hidden from others.
Yeah I'm never really sure how to handle this kind of thing either. “Safe space” sounds great, but I’ve seen people speak up and face consequences later. I feel like I'm often testing the waters, starting small, seeing how it’s received but often not fully committing to saying what I think. I want to be honest, but also protect my job. It’s a tricky balance for sure.

If you’re forced to respond to some “anonymous” survey of sorts, just give positive feedback, no matter how toxic the workplace. Just stay off the radar and work on your exit. I’ve seen people get fired when voicing an honest opinion of how awful things really are, since the whole anonymous thing is nonsense.
Only ever share your exciting ideas about how the work place is already awesome and you can build on that even more by doing x or y. There’s an art to making past and current leadership look good while also adding your contributions.

No, never!! You won't get anything from it, at least, I never have. It's a real shame but its better to protect your peace and your income. Maybe you can find a way to air these grievances outside of work, and look for an exit strategy.
That's why you say only what you would say in front of the bosses or to their faces. A lot of people thought at one point that I was talking behind the back(s) of my bosses. They just just didn't know I had said the same things during meetings People like that always feel they've got you over an imaginary barrel. Just laugh at em.
