How much for delta gold on here?
Does anyone have any insights on what a typical Sr. Associate Director makes at Boehringer Ingelheim? I have a range of 170-180k which I think is fair but don’t want to be underpaid. Also, any information regarding retirement planning or medical/dental benefits would be helpful. Haven’t gotten much out of HR. Thanks in advance!
I joined KGS in feb 2022, we recently got a mail regarding timeline of appraisal and bonus payout from the partner. My reporting manager hasn't yet reached out to me regarding goal setting, not sure if that happens here. Can you pls help me to know what all things we need to do from our end for the appraisal cycle and bonus payout? Since I'm new to this company KPMG KPMG India

Varies widely, what type of companies are you looking at/targeting? (Banks/FAANG/mid sized tech etc?)
With what you’ve described below, it seems fair. I’m assuming upstate NY is LCOL (closer to ultra Low Cost)
I would try and just ask for a bit more at your current place because of the state of the economy. Once you’re more senior companies might bend over backwards and pay you MCOL salaries but at 2 YoE I don’t see why a company would do that
I currently work for a small (50-100 employees) automation company. I’m having trouble figuring out what I’m worth, but I have a feeling I am underpaid at 75k, and if I’m to ask for a big raise, I want as much info as possible (in addition to exceptional work).
There are a ton of resources out there but a lot give conflicting information. If I were to start applying for other jobs, I’d be open to anything since I don’t know what each is like.
To me 75k is fair for 2 YOE, maaaaay be you can ask for 5-10k. If you don't like what u are paid, apply for new job. Almost always better than asking for a raise - you will be paid more money
Best way to find out is to interview and see what kind of offer you can get. As someone else said, it depends widely by the type of company and geographic location.

Base salary or TC? For 2 YOE base salary, around 120-150K is a fair number. Use www.levels.fyi to see what others with the same title as you are making
