So after missing two days of school this week, getting a B12 Shot, drinking tons of DripDrop, and getting a lot of rest, I have felt so much better today. I've been trying to make sure I'm getting my vitamins in, and getting more protein. My vitamin regimen is extensive: multi, Zinc, calcium, fish oil, Vitamin D, quercetin, and tumeric. (that's an entire meal😆). What does your vitamin regimen look like, and can you tell a big difference when you skip a few days?
