Executive presence - what is ONE thing that helped you the most in significantly improving your executive presence during workshops, town halls, kickoffs etc.

I just joined a non-dream company as a 10+ years experience guy. My friend working in my dream company forwarded a job requirement from his internal postings. I want to give it a try but in case I get selected how hard or bad would it be to quit current company? I want to know what consequences I should be ready to face. Can someone please advice?

Need some feedback! So I was forced to move jobs about 6 months ago due to reorg and the new leader opting to bring their existing EA with them, without even meeting me. If stayed at the company but accepted an offer for a job outside of the department I was in. I’ve now been asked by a manager from my old department to apply for a job they’re opening that would be a 2 step promotion. She thought she got my managers permission to approach me (see comments)

I’m a Senior Manager at PwC and on 125K + super. It feels painfully low given I have 8 years in consulting (including 5 at PwC). What’s a reasonable SM Consulting Salary in the country? Had only one call with my TL in first two months. Few weeks later, on workday I noticed that my TL got reassigned. Contacted him and have setup regular catch-ups. He dropped a bomb that he is leaving and I will be reporting to partner. Partner is time poor and no feedback is offered. This is my first consulting role and I feel I am not receiving enough support. Few people are helping to learn the ropes but WFH has exacerbating the problem.
