If you like avocados, maybe do a breadless avocado toast? Everything bagel seasoning on avocado with lemon juice and an egg on top... YUM!

This sounds so good. I do love avacodo toast. Your idea sounds like a good alternative. Thank you.
I’ve been on a plain greek yogurt kick for the morning. Been looking into some meal bars for the mornings but those are usually far from low-carb. I’d say consider branching out from breakfast food altogether. My friend just started making crispy tofu bites and it’s next on my list to try.

That sounds really good! Thank you!
I love a veggie egg scramble with avocado

I do like a veggie scramble, I haven't had one of those in a while. I have never though about adding it to an avocado.
My sister does smoothies for breakfast. She mixes fruits, plain yogurt or sherbet, ice, and powdered protein or fiber, sometimes both. She has one of those mini ninja smoothie makers and just adds in whatever sounds good that day, then lets it mix while she’s getting ready. Then she drinks it on the way in.

I do love a smoothie. My problem is the blender wakes up the beast that early in the morning. I may start doing smoothies on Saturday.
I eat an oikos greek yogurt and a quest snack bar.
Oatmeal with peaches or raspberries. Good protein and fiber. I add brown sugar as well, but if that’s too many carbs, it’s easy to eliminate. My cholesterol labs were “optimal” this year and I think it’s in large part to the oatmeal.
Pro
I do an Atkins bar lol, quick and easy.
I tend to fast from the hours of 7pm-8am
My easy food schedule that works for my needs:
Healthy Calories = Energy, so I never count those.
GF and Low carb are my aim, but checking labels for eliminating highly processed, inflammatory ingredients are the true name of the game.
8am= Energy Fizz drink (blackberry or blood orange are my favs) 2-3g sugar
9:30am = Grassfed beef stick with Organic mozzarella cheese stick
12pm = Chocolate or Vanilla Protein Shake with ¼ scoop fiber powder (usually I mix up night prior with 10 oz orig unsweet almond milk & 8-10 oz water) 7g sugar
4/5pm = variation of things... sometimes it's just a snack, sometimes it turns into dinner, just depends on how hungry I feel... some of my go to snacks are:
organic plain greek yogurt with honey, chia seeds & blueberries or an apple or something with protein, fiber, healthy fat. Irish butter and honey together on a slice of bread or GF crackers, toasted cheese on a griddle tastes like cheez-its btw... yummy. Scrambled eggs with Irish butter and Cayenne pepper. Grass fed Beef is my go to meat choice for protein.
Keep'n it real over here. Keep rocking it, Teacher Peeps! 🇺🇸 You can do hard things, and look up, summer's just around the corner!
