Why does it take so long to get a start date from B4? I’m getting worried because I’ve seen so many people lost their offer due to covid when I graduated last year. I don’t want to resign from my current job and move to a different city just to hear that they don’t need me anymore 🙁

Hi All, i am CA currently working with Deloitte USI i got an offer from Zscaler for SEC reporting team for senior analyst post for chandigarh at 17LPA fixed no bonus no stocks. My Promotion is due in deloitte in June 23 after promotion fixed plus bonus will surpass current offer of Zscaler. I doubt if i make a switch to industry it will be difficult for me to Join big 4 again
what should i do should i switch or stay at deloitte? please suggest

I trained on .net and then after I supported .net application. After 3 years I got to work on ssrs reports. We build reports from scratch in ssrs, then I worked on qlik view application. Attended training on qlik sense. My question is for which openings/certificate I have to look .net (I have only support knowledge) or reporting tools like ssrs, qlik view ? I am struggling to choose with the way to upgrade myself.
