So I have my joining in a weeks I got a mail regarding some stuff I need to do on workday like agreeing to some terms and stuff. I have completed all the “tasks”. The only one left is where I have to fill pf gratuity etc related data, scan it, upload it and then also post the physical copy to the Bangalore office.

Now this task has no due date in workday, but if I go in and read it says I need to do this in 3 days. My recruiter says it’s ok even if I take my time.

I've been a government attorney for nearly three years now and have worked in the same office/division since I passed the bar. Folks, one doubt..... I was hired as a senior consultant in dec 2021. I did not nominated for grade change till now. Will they automatically consider me for grade change or do I have to expicitely talk about it with PC ? Also if grade is changed, how is the impact on salary considering the parity check ? Right now I am at 25 lakhs with 8.3 years of experience.

I recently joined TW some months back and I dont know why I think have made a wrong choice for myself. I am feeling like I am lost. I am not able to fit in in this high expectations environment. I am used to working in a place where we always worked by taking help from others and here it is sort of assumed that we would be knowing everything right from day 1. Also there is no pairing in my project. Any suggestions on what should be done would be welcome.
