So my new job is asking me to come in prior to my official start date to do some paperwork and a meeting but they told me I won't clock in for it? Correct me if I'm wrong, but shouldn't I be getting paid for anything work related?!

I am holding an offer of 12.2LPA having 4.4 yrs of experience in Citrix Administration.
MasterCard is offering me 13.5LPA as fixed pay and 7% as variable pay.

Not ready to negotiate more, should I accept the offer?
