Hi All,
A suggestion required on the following companies. My personal details are YOE: 10+, Tech stack: React, Node, Express, Mongo, Jenkins, AWS(basics)
Offers in Hand:
Caterpillar Inc. : 37(32 Fixed)
@GE Healthcare : 44(38 Fixed)
How is work culture in Caterpillar & GE Healthcare?
Caterpillar: Don't know much about the project details, manager is friendly
GE Healthcare: Manager is like stretching work hours, weekend working etc.
Please help choose a company
Hi all,
I joined KPMG around 3 months ago but I am not getting work here. Although, I qualified some project's interview, yet due to some internal reason, they considered someone else, and I again came on bench.
I am unable to figure out what can be done now.
Should I start searching work outside.
(I hardly see any job openings these days)
(sap domain)
How's the resource management here?
(do they lagOff?)
Any inputs will be helpful.
Thanks!

I know people who work in sales and things like that will happen to them. They just seem to accept it as something that goes with the territory. I imagine if it happened often enough it would be a problem that would have to be dealt with. It's part of the curse of modern life, because of our phones we can wind up tethered to work.

That is very true and there's a power button that can be used!
I highly doubt she is compensated for it. I have been in jobs like that before. I wouldn't hate answered the phone because it likely wasn't life or death, and boundaries are important.

That was my thought as well - expected, but not compensated.
