I recently got an offer from Info Edge (99acres), but I’m a bit confused about what to do. They’re offering only a 10% hike and want me to join immediately.

My current company is a startup—it’s become quite toxic and things seem to be going downhill. I’ve been here for 3 years and really want to move on, as staying is getting harder day by day. But I don’t want to jump into something worse.

Is it fair to ask for a 20–25% hike

I will resign in coming few days. I want my notice period to be reduced from 60 day to say 30days. I am not occupied in client project currently. My question is to whom should I talk to get my notice period reduced? What is the process?

What have you found most helpful in training up a very green junior brand planner or junior strategist? Any particular trainings or resources that are great at teaching foundational skills? I’ll be pulling them into projects and teaching through doing but I need some assistance in building up their core skills/training the strategy muscle.

Foreign LLM student here. I plan to take the NY bar exam in February. I’m thinking of taking a bar prep course (most likely Barbri). They offer two options: the “traditional” course (which lasts around 2.5 months) and an extended 6-month course. The difference in price is substantial – 2.5k for the traditional course vs 6k for the extended one. Any thoughts/recommendations on which one I should take?
