What would be Expected CTC for Senior Software Engineer role in CBA?

YOE: 7 Years with Python

CCTC: 10 LPA

Current Role : Technical Lead

Got an offer from a startup for 19.5LPA.
Its base is 15L, and I'll be getting 124800 in-hand.

I have 3.5 yoe in typescript/react/NEXTjs fullstack. Out of which only 10 months are on a full time role, rest of time was freelancing.
I am also an open source contributor for some NEXTjs related tooling.

Is this a good offer?

What are people's thoughts on corporate Treasury roles, fortune 50.
