I hate when customers say “I understand it’s not your fault” and then continue to be rude anyway.

yeah some people just lack the awareness to be nice to people, kinda crazy really

That's just the life we live I suppose, had a customer start a convo the other day with "I hate ranting but..." then proceed to go on the most senseless rant I've ever had to sit through

I get it though people just want to feel heard whenever they're going through problems, even if the reason they feel hurt is for the pettiest reason imaginable

Thankfully, I don't deal with people in person or even through the phone so i get to avoid a lot of these kinds of interactions

Hey sorry you have to deal with rude people at work, it's important that we remember not to take what they say personally, even if someone's being rude to use. At the end of the day, if anything they're mad at your employer and they see you as an extension of them but you and I both know that's not the truth

Sorry to hear that, customer service can be a pretty thankless job at times but we gotta stay strong! :)

Does Globant terminates the employment of certain trainees after their probation(3 Months) based on their performance in the training period? Some of the fresher trainees were laid off this morning without giving a notice or reason.

We were told that the probation period is a training period & not an elimination one. It was shocking as a few of those trainees were actually good.
