Temporary employment contract is what a few Visa rules permit in Dubai. They keep renewing the contract every two years and this is normal. Such contracts don't get the benefits of gratuity but these are trustworthy conrtacts and don't put your employment in jeopardy.
What is the compensation that you're getting and are you going on a manager's visa?
