My bosses have been very aggressive telling clients about me leaving and haven’t given me the chance to tell them myself. I’m a little put off by it. Plus, they’ve told a current client to keep calling me if they want work done. We already have clients that abuse texting and calling me. Strongly considering getting a new phone number too.

Consulting bowl I need your advice tonight. 5 YOE in corp finance (industry). Just got an offer for different finance (still industry) role - 50% raise to $165K TC plus two additional direct reports to me. However, I got my MBA to transition to consulting and am in beginning stages of two top consulting firms. I need to give an answer on the offer by tomorrow afternoon. What do I do? How do you speak up when a member of your team simply is not contributing anything, but telling everyone how much they are working on the project, presumably billing for hours not worked, and lying on team meetings/emails about their contributions?
