Graduating in two weeks and got a job offer from Amazon for tech support specialist role, in job application they asked for expected compensation and i put 55k, and they offering me exactly 55k should I have asked for more instead, I feel like I might have shot myself in the leg there a little bit

I did not get a raise when I took the job because it was technically a demotion ( I was a team leader at a contact center). I assist two VPs and now they want to add a third because they’re looking for the “ 3:1 ratio “. Should I ask for a raise? Is this normal? I went to my primary care dr who referred me to another dr who specialized in mental health. One of the reasons I want to transition from industry to consulting (tier 1) is that I get frustrated when I have to collaborate with mediocre people. My assumption is that Tier 1 consulting firms hire really sharp people and if I can get in, I’ll be collaborating with folks on top of their game (not expecting much from clients). I’m aware there are personal aspects I need to work on like my mindset, patience etc etc, but I just get so frustrated with blatant stupidity.
