Just got an offer for different finance (still industry) role - 50% raise to $165K TC plus two additional direct reports to me. However, I got my MBA to transition to consulting and am in beginning stages of two top consulting firms. I need to give an answer on the offer by tomorrow afternoon. What do I do? If I expedite the consulting firms processes they may (likely will) say no. Thanks

Did a first interview with hr rep, went very well. she set up the hiring manager meeting for a few days later. Met with the manager. Another great conversation, went over time and was told I’d hear back about panel set up. Following day I get a request from hr rep to “continue the conversation” with manager. This is set up Tuesday.

I was contacted by MSFT recruiter for a Sr Program Manager role… recruiter screening done and a codility assessment has been sent… Recruiter said that this would be a Tech and behavioral assessment for 60min and I need to complete the same in a week’s time.
