Just got an offer for different finance (still industry) role - 50% raise to $165K TC plus two additional direct reports to me. However, I got my MBA to transition to consulting and am in beginning stages of two top consulting firms. I need to give an answer on the offer by tomorrow afternoon. What do I do?
