Rising Star
I am trying to develop the discernment to see before I take a position. Or at least to see the signs while on a trial shift. I wouldn’t want to take a job and find out later down the line
I have ignored a feeling and gone with it to my detriment I am afraid to say. Knocked my confidence a little with jobs. Go with your gut I say always if it doesn't feel right that is you picking up on something. Go where you feel happy and have nice feelings about.
Not because of that feeling alone. When it's been accompanied or caused by other red flags, then yes. If you get a bad vibe during the interview process, you should definitely think twice before accepting any offer that comes your way.
Depends on how big a flag it is that I’m seeing. A slight off feeling can come from a ton of different things. I’d rather start the work and then decide if there’s nothing apparent.
