Happy weekend y’all

Ok be honest, candidates. I really love this set of questions, I’ve been considering shifting my current interview style to these questions - I think they really give you an idea of who this person would be within the work setting. But the questions almost feel too deep for a recruiter to ask. What would you think if a recruiter took a different path and asked these questions instead of the usual ones?

It depends on how they register the rooms. While you can enter a confirmation number into your app, Marriott specific terms restrict loyalty awards from stays registered through certain third party services. There's nothing you can do. Their terms are service outline these things and they'll always revert to those policies regardless of what your app showed.
Thank you. I understand when it’s a third party service, but these reservations were done directly with Marriott. That’s why I think I should still get the night credit. I’m totally fine not getting the points as I didn’t pay for the stay itself.
Probably good chance your company negotiated a lower price by foregoing the night credit eligibility in the rate.
Right, but the app said I would get night credits for the stay. I’m wondering if I have a case to push back on that given their messaging.
You won't get anything if you didn't directly pay for it. Happened to me (firm paid for room, i deposited $150 at check in with my card; reservation is on the app) and escalated it but apparently this is very clear in their terms of service.
