Hiya! I am in the final round of interviews at an EdTech platform for a role that is the bridge between the Customer Support and UX/Product Design teams. I act as that bridge in my current role but on a more informal basis because it is a smaller company.

Of course client demands would dictate whether people will be working, but curious what the official policy is. I am currently on resignation with a bunch of offers. So I've to make decision specifically in regards with :
JPMC : 20 LPA (Fixed) and 3.9 LPA variable+benefits
Legato :. 24 LPA all fixed along 1 Lakh of benefits like free cab, shift allowance, free health insurance etc.

For JPMC I've to relocate and unknown areas can be costly in initial months plus even one visit back to my home via Delhi will cost 15-20k. While Legato is giving Gurgaon and it's like my 2nd home just 200km far.
