Slap yourself after taking one. I know I don’t forget how silly I am.

The worst is when you remember you left your pills at home and you are traveling for the rest of the week. I get frustrated but I take as a chance to train myself getting my shit together without the meds

I did that this morning with my XR. I’m not dying so I think I made the right call taking it despite not remembering if I had yet 🙃

I can relate. I use a little soy sauce dish. Put the pill in at bedtime. If it’s empty I know I took the pill.

Funny. No actual soy sauce. There are a variety of nice looking very small soy sauce dishes available that look nice on the night stand and are just the right size.

I try to keep track of the count to prevent this problem but like don’t actually stay on top of doing that

That’s why I have a 7 day case. But hopefully it was a productive one for you

Hello All - I struggle with time management. I take medication but I have no idea whether a task will take 40 mins or 4 hours. Because of this, I over commit and under deliver. Also, having been on the receiving end of criticism, over time I have developed a perfectionist streak. I won't turn it in if it is good enough. How do you break out of this habit?

Any resources to help the brain structure tasks and make better estimates? Much appreciated, thanks!
