Staying at a grand Westin in Berlin. I have not had AC for 3 nights in a row. I contacted the concierge to let them know that the AC wasn’t working, hotel provided me with a fan and told me that a tech will come next day. 3 days later .. the fan is still in place and no AC. Where do we go from here? Tonight is my last day and leaving tomorrow. I would like some sort of compensation / points so what should be expected and how do I go about it? Thanks !
