First time BDR here 3 months into my role and really struggling to book qualified meetings. The BDR that had my territory last was one of the worst performing on the team and since he inherited a new territory he’s been a top performer. I am a high performer at my current firm but they started questioning working arrangements of folks based on the new members who are huge in-office folks, fast turnover within the team, etc. This wasn’t an issue when I first joined.
