London and Paris would be fun then.
Currently on an Oslo, Stockholm, Copenhagen trip solo but it’s been pretty sleepy so far. So not sure I’d recommend Scandinavia.
I loved Norway! But we wild camped the whole time, I wouldn't spend time in the cities personally

If I only have one week, and I don't have a destination I am dying to visit, I would only consider places that are not over 5 hours away from me and ideally only direct flights, too. Then, I look into the weather of the remaining destinations and take my pick! Where are you based?
That is purely my preference. I like to maximise my time and I feel like a whole day of travel is wasting time. That's why I am asking where the person is based and whether they have a particular preference.

Where do you live (country and state/province if large like Canada, USA or Australia?
All of the above directly impact where you could go for a fulfilling vacation for 1 week.
