Has anyone been to the UK lately from the US? What are the Covid requirements / restrictions? Thank you!

Just returned this week - this applies to England only. If you're vaccinated, between day 0 and day 2 after arrival, you have to take an antigen test at your own expense.

Again, for England only - Virtually all restrictions are being lifted next week. For now, you need a mask in the usual places, and proof of vax is only needed for large events. No masks or vax card needed to eat in a restaurant.

Should also add that you need to book the Day 2 test before departure, as you need to get a record number that you need to fill out your PLF. I used Eurofins and was satisfied with the service.

I have PCOS and my husbands sperm motility is a little below average. I think our best bet is going straight to IVF but I’m honestly scared of the process and the toll it’s going to have on my body and thinking of trying 1-2 rounds of IUI first. Anyone had success with IUI and similar circumstances? Am I not being realistic and should I just jump to IVF?

ADHD Diagnosis later in life? Guidance appreciated.

My parents were very anti-drugs... I was never tested for ADHD. I scraped my way thru undergrad & grad school with the minimum GPA. I was doing alright at the office, but these pains have come back with WFH and I’m concerned.

I may have a legitimate medical need for adderall, but I’m worried about going thru this process as a 24yr old. Can anyone list the steps needed to get a diagnosis? PCP, then psychiatrist? Just unsure where to start. TY

Whew this group is a relief to find. No one at my job knows I have ADHD, and I only have one other friend with it. I manage a team of people and the stress of checking, double checking, and triple-checking everything to make sure I'm not forgetting anything or behind on anything is insane. I've kind of got the hang of keeping focus during work hours, but I'm just constantly on edge that someone will notice or I'll start falling behind.
