TCS has offered me an Architect role (~₹5.04L/month including variable). Variable includes ~₹46K/month as Monthly Performance Pay and ~₹61K as Performance Bonus.

How is this variable actually paid (frequency + criteria)? And realistically, do people get 100% payout?
