As a junior, I worked for an agency that had a pretty convoluted feedback procedure. We’d batch all of our social deliveries into decks for the client and they’d give us a corresponding feedback doc to apply.

I messed up one round like 4 times and my manager tactfully asked me if I had a reading disability.

Hey all I was wondering a pay range for a financial compliance analyst with 3 years compliance experience and 7 years as a registered assistant preferably UBS?

In OAH the NCP has submitted no actual earnings only hand written sched c (Uber). NCP lied under oath about how pmt for the car was made. Said a friend paid for it and he is paying a friend back. I have bank evidence that shows every car pmt came from NCP Bank and only deposits were from Uber. Problem is the car was paid off in 2018 and the CSO was from 2018. CP asked 4 mod and it was brought up to ? his credibility. How do I get it in since its not about $ now? Judge granted 1wk 4 adtl exhibits

How long can you go without having anything to do before you get laid off?

Are there any agencies where creatives actually have good work-life balance in LA, SF or anywhere else for that matter? Like no weekends or no working more than a 40-50hr week? Or do I have to go in house for this? Or do I have to leave advertising altogether?

I feel like I’m either getting burnt out by work or trying to heal myself from it. There’s never much time for real life and I don’t want to be on my death bed reminiscing like, “Wow, I made some cool ads.” Nothing scares me more.

My new agency’s healthcare plan only has ONE physician in NYC listed as in-network... is a plan this limited the norm?!
