I have 6 years of exp and left HCL in july 2025 without offer letter and due to an PF overlap issue with my previous employer, no company was willing to take me even after selection. I tried interviewing for startups but was rejected. Tried for 6 months and stopped because of demotivation and I enrolled in newtonschool course with my leftover savings and they turned out to be a scam. I started trying again in July 2026 and luckily a very supportive HR at Wipro offered to bypass my BGV check and hire me and finally i got a job after 15 months of struggle. The hike was only 25% but I was still content and thankful for waht I have. I faced a lot of humiliations during this phase. People looked down on me. People who used to respect me because of the job showed how they actually wanted to treat me. But 6 months post getting a job everything is stable. I got married also during my jobless phase somehow and I'm blessed with a child last week.
You might feel that you are left behind in life, you might not value the current job that you have because you haven't seen how brutal jobless phase is. Know that things will align for you, you just have to keep trying.
Be grateful for what you have and keep trying for what you want to achieve and things will turn out in your favour when the time is right.

My bad, i messed up the years. I left in july 2024 and started searching again in July 2025 and got placed again in nov 2025
I lost my one offer due to my company toxic work culture which i was tolerating since past 3 yrs. Even at the time of my Operation I didn't get any help from my office. Finally after these three years while witnessing a job market I got an opportunity that was somewhat different from my current role but with a good pay and hence in order to leave my toxic culture and to accepting my family's advice ahead of seeing my mentally drained situation since past 2 yr i resigned and was pretty happy that I will not end up with no offer in my hand as I cannot stay bare handed. But my office didn't release me even after stating them the severe health concern which is real and another factor i resigned. I was and am mentally soo drained here that I have stopped smiling and barely like talking to people. and now I'm here stuck with serving whole policy accordingly notice with lost offer letter. Now I don't feel good and don't know what will my career path will be.
only getting c2h calls -- no other things - been 2 months left the company......
I'm not getting calls from last 2 week, no one paying more than 30% hike. Even after clearing all interviews s submitting docs they are rejecting. Done with this service based company, PBC's I'm trying best but no luck 🙂
