What’re UX designers making at big tech?
Wanted to highlight Prudential Financial’s hiring practices. They rescinded my offer once I attempted to negotiate the salary. The official reason given was that I didn’t “sound excited enough”.
They then admittedly gave the offer to someone who was less qualified. There were other red flags throughout the job offer process that the HR team should overall be ashamed of.

Two things really. Dissatisfaction with our strategic leadership and share price challenges diminishing the value proposition. There’s still a lot right with this place and our ability to deliver at scale is unmatched in the industry. The general feeling internally is what we do get right is in spite of our leadership and not because of it.

The non ACN firms have a lot of respect for Julie. We don’t know much about your internal strategy but she’s a fierce competitor.

There’s a strategic review going on that would greatly diminish the strategy arm so a lot of folks are front running the axe there
Julie lost most of her good leaders the last few years. The results speak for themselves as they race to the bottom. The folks left can’t find a job elsewhere.
