On the header of a resume, should a candidate use their full first name even when they go by a nickname? Ex: Jennifer goes by Jen, or Elizabeth goes by Liz.

I have 2 to 3 weeks to prep for a case interview. Never did one before. What can/should I do prep over next 2 weeks considering I only have weekends to prep?
