Entering my 2nd year as a medical malpractice (insurance) defense litigator. My billables are 2200 per year, even during WFH and COVID while the courts are moving very slowly. Any advice as to what I should look into for an exit? I can’t hit those billables while maintaining my sanity.

If the stress and surprise of just how difficult it apparently is to get pregnant wasn’t enough, the miscarriage put us over.
