The first round involved a programming task, and it appeared that candidates who did not produce the exact expected output were immediately rejected. In my case, my code was reviewed by the lady on the panel, and she simply nodded her head and rejected me without any discussion or clarification

Even candidates who produced the correct output were questioned on edge cases and were still rejected. This made the selection criteria seem inconsistent and difficult to understand.

My manager has given me rating 1 in confirmatory appraisal on may 18 may which happened after completion of 1 year at wipro.
I raised the issue of rating with my manager immediately , he convinced me not to worry , ratings are already submitted , I asked him to resubmit cause i don't deserve rating 1
