I got my ad account blocked (final decision) and tried doing ads with another by creating a business one (bad idea, i know) which also got restricted. This is for my side business, so I need ads.


I think i spent to much time on it liking things and was flagged as a bot, i’m not. But otherwise, no norms were violated.

Ideally i want to get rid of the ban, but now my account is weirdly configured and not fixable

Any kind sole that works there wishes to help out? 😂

Today, I received an invite for a coffee chat with a consultant. I’m of course going to do both, but the emails make it seem like they are almost two separate paths/disconnected processes. I have about 25 yrs of experience in technology and compliance with about 5 yrs in privacy along with a number of certifications in these areas.

Could you share any information I should be aware of in-terms of levels, compensation, stocks, etc?

I saw a posting on the meta career site for a data solutions analyst. Is this a role similar to a data analyst or solution architect. The job description fits both data science, data engineer or solution architect. And what is the total comp for this position? I can't seem to find this role online or on sites like Glassdoor or levels. It's a remote position.

Context I am planning a switch from analyst to data scientist from a non US location to US. However, L4 is needed for this jump (prob due to visa issues). With the current revamp in PSC cycle, I am not sure if I can successfully get promoted by next year and make the jump. To do so, I heard there needs to be 2 EE (for this half and next half).

Had 2 loop interviews today - first one went well, second horribly. What are you my chances of succeeding?

Interviewing for a product designer IC job at Meta, I was told by the recruiters that final panel would be 2 ICs and 1 manager. My schedule has 3 managers, no ICs and no other functions. I asked - told it was just due to scheduling constraints. I think managers just naturally have more experience and more stringent standards (generally). Is this worth asking to set up the more standard panel for me even if it takes longer to schedule? Or is this a non-issue? Just want an equitable experience
